- Fairfield Association becoming a CIO:
- Proposal 1: The draft constitution of the proposed new Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), to be named The Fairfield Association CIO, is approved in principle by the membership.
- Proposal 2: The Trustees of the Association are authorised and instructed to submit this approved draft constitution to the Charity Commission for England and Wales as part of an application to register the new CIO.
- Proposal 3: The Trustees are authorised to accept minor, non-material typographical or administrative amendments to the text if required by the Charity Commission to secure registration, provided that the core charitable objects and governance structure remain unchanged.
