The next Saturday work party will take place on 13 December. Meet at 10am at the stump circle, and bring some refreshment for the break.
Rick has kindly agreed to lead this session, as I’m away. The task will be to give the Sunnyside Lane path a good tidy up. If you are able to attend please let Rick know at .
Pop-up stall
At the same time, we are also having a pop-up stall at the Fairfield shed in collaboration with Lancaster and District Birdwatching Society (LDBWS) selling the Fairfield 2026 calendar, cards, wreaths and decorated wooden spoons. The stall will be open between 10am and 1pm.
Date for your diary
On Saturday 10 January we are holding another sapling planting session. We will be planting 400 saplings in West Field. If you are able to attend, please meet at the shed at 9.30am and bring a spade if you have one. Don’t forget refreshments for the break and wear appropriate clothing. Hope to see you then.
