The festival will take place on Saturday, July 13th around the playground area, which has recently been renovated. And we need as many volunteers as possible…

Morning jobs
Helpers will be needed at 9am to put up the gazebos. There will also be “other jobs” to do during the morning.
Bar and BBQ
The event itself will run between midday and 8pm and we will mostly need people to either help behind the bar (which will be open for the duration of the event) or serve at the BBQ which will run between 1pm and 5pm.
Taking things down
Then of course we will be taking everything down again, at 8pm, so more help will be required then.
Leafleting
A final thing we could use some help with is to leaflet some of the streets in the immediate vicinity, so if you couldn’t help on the day but had an hour or so free in an evening the week prior to the Festival then please also let us know.
